Good value for pain and relaxation

I have personally found that the hash products have worked better for me sleep wise with obvious relaxation (I only use them in a tea or sublingual as ex cigarette smoker avoiding relapse) but the flower is very good value for the amount you get and this one tastes quite pleasantly 'green'. Trying to break it up to use in a tea is a bit faffy but I don't bother to use a grinder so that's probably my issue! Definitely helps with relaxation and pain relief, and whilst I sleep better if I've had it due to relief of symptoms, this one doesn't make me sleepy as such so would recommend for daytime pain and anti anxiety use. I dont specifically use cbd for focus even though I have ADHD, but coupled with the pain relief and soothing my muscles, I will experiment further with flower products as I can get stuff done partly because I'm less sore - my work is fairly physical so can get in the zone quite well. Also takes the edge off irritability when I'm not feeling chipper and reduces my boredom or frustration levels.
